Couples Therapy Bootcamp

Presented by: Nick French, LMFT  (1 hour)

Experience a one-hour crash course covering simple and sound relationship skills.

Relationships are vital to our lives…and this year they have been so. very. hard. We have been trying to maintain our roles at work, our roles as parents or caregivers, our roles as friends, siblings, colleagues…but in the middle of all that we sometimes let our roles as partners take a backseat.  Maybe you’ve found yourselves arguing more than usual.  Maybe trivial things are blowing up into big fights.  Maybe you just can’t stand being around each other after months of working/living/parenting at home.  Every relationship has its ups and downs, but this year has been harder than most for a lot of us.  You want to be connected, supported, and working as a team, but the distance from where you are to where you want to be can feel overwhelming.

Nick French, LMFT  is here to teach you how to identify unhealthy behaviors and communication, and give you real-life skills to do better

  • Learn 4 skills that you can use to instantly improve communication with your partner
  • Become aware of the 3 “demon dialogues” that are sabotaging your relationship
  • Finally understand what’s really behind your partner’s words and behaviors and get below the surface to make lasting changes
