We conduct a comprehensive Wellbeing Assessment, debrief key stakeholders on the current state of mental health in your organization, and create an action plan to strengthen connection and foster a culture of mental health and wellbeing. After gaining a 360* perspective of mental health in your workplace and creating your bespoke action plan, we implement and sustain wellbeing initiatives, deliver ongoing education and support the overall vision of your program. We are your partner and your guide.
As your CWO, we conduct a comprehensive wellbeing assessment, create your bespoke action plan of education and initiatives, and provide monthly support to cultivate and sustain wellbeing.

As your workplace wellbeing consultant, my role is to create space for a conversation about mental health to grow. I assess the current state of wellbeing in your workplace, help implement and sustain wellbeing initiatives, deliver ongoing education and support the overall vision of mental health at work.
