THE CONSULTANT

leading your team from understanding to engagement

WHO

You are a leader who values your team, believes that everyone should be able to bring their whole selves to work, and wants to know what’s really going on when it comes to the mental health of your staff. You know that employee wellbeing is a key aspect of a successful, profitable organization and you want data to determine how best to support your people.

We are mental health and wellbeing experts with extensive experience assessing and supporting the needs of our clients. We are here to be your partner and your guide in navigating wellbeing at work.

Urban Wellness will partner with your team, department or organization to conduct a Wellbeing Assessment which gives you insight into how your staff are REALLY doing, and how mental health is perceived at your workplace. We work with organizations of all sizes, from 5-5,000+.

WHAT

You know something needs to be done, but it can be hard to know where to begin. The Wellbeing Assessment gives you a starting point to understand what specific wellbeing challenges are most prevalent in your organization and gives your employees a confidential opportunity to share how they feel about the state of mental health in the workplace.

Th assessment can be accessed online by your staff at their convenience.  It’s confidential.  It’s comprehensive.  It gives you data you can use to improve wellbeing for your team.

You will gain insight into:

WHY

The ability to feel safe bringing our whole selves to the workplace is increasingly recognized as essential for performance, wellbeing, productivity and job satisfaction.

Mental health is a key dynamic in promoting this culture of openness in a time when poor mental health has become its own pandemic. The past year has shone a spotlight on how much we are struggling and the high costs to business.

How

The first step in addressing mental health at work is to know how people are really doing. Just by understanding more about the challenges your team is facing, leadership can be more responsive. Leaders will hear a clear, comprehensive story about the struggles and strengths on their teams and learn about the impact of mental health issues at work.

Next, Urban Wellness creates an action plan to support your organization. It’s not one-size-fits-all. Some people need help managing stress. Some need to feel more connected. Others are looking for ways to set boundaries between work and home. We develop a set of strategies to improve wellbeing and increase awareness and acceptance of mental health at work.

You will use this roadmap to build on the engagement sparked by your Wellbeing Assessment to strengthen connection and foster a culture of mental health and wellbeing.
