Compassionate Leadership is Essential for
Wellbeing at Work
We’re currently enrolling participants in our 10-week Winter cohorts for Emerging Leaders.
Mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is a concern that requires urgent attention. In organizations everywhere, isolation and disconnection have exacerbated already present challenges. Emerging leaders need a place to pause, recognize how their lives and work have been impacted, and identify what is required to (re)build their capacity for thriving.
This interactive training series creates a much needed space for curious inquiry, grounded understanding and inspired action. The course takes place over five (2) hour sessions and combines education, collaboration and practical strategies to use with your teams right away. Courses run in cohorts of 12 to 24 participants to ensure individual attention and connection with your facilitator, as well as opportunities for participants to build relationships with each other and create support systems that go beyond the course.
Training series includes a workbook with resources and exercises to facilitate learning and to support growth and change beyond the class sessions, as well as access to your facilitator between sessions for questions or collaboration.

As your workplace wellbeing consultant, my role is to create space for a conversation about mental health to grow. I assess the current state of wellbeing in your workplace, help implement and sustain wellbeing initiatives, deliver ongoing education and support the overall vision of mental health at work. Together we will identify your strengths and build your collective capacity for resilience.
