Our Assessment and Referral Program is available to children ages 6+ and adults.

How It Works
Schedule Your Assessment
Book a one-hour session with one of our licensed mental health clinicians and get an appointment within 24-48 hours (Monday through Friday). We accept insurance for this assessment.
Receive Expert Feedback
During the session, we’ll assess your history, environmental impacts, and needs and recommend the best level of care, whether it’s outpatient therapy, higher levels of care like PHP or IOP, or other wellness services. After 45 minutes of assessment, your provider will spend the last 15 minutes reviewing recommendations and leave with a comprehensive Aftercare Summary and Recommendations Report so that you can get started on your best course of treatment. Get Referrals: You’ll leave with a personalized treatment plan and referrals to trusted providers and holistic services that fit your needs.
