- Adult Therapy
Relationships
The same argument keeps happening. The same pattern keeps showing up. Therapy helps you see why.
The pattern isn't random. It's coming from somewhere, and you can change it.
- Understanding the Pattern
You keep ending up in the same place.
Maybe it’s dating, maybe it’s family, maybe it’s the way you connect with people in general. You notice the pattern, but you can’t seem to shift it on your own.
Therapy helps you understand what you bring into your relationships, where that comes from, and what you actually want to do differently.
- Why Choose Us
When You Come to Urban Wellness for Relationship
- You will understand the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships

Who Benefits Most from Relationship
Relationship Therapy is for those who recognize that their negative reactions to life’s events are affecting their relationships.
You will benefit if:
- You keep repeating the same relationship pattern, romantic or otherwise
- You struggle to trust people or let them get close
- You have a hard time setting boundaries without guilt
- You're working through the end of a significant relationship
- You want to understand your attachment style and how it shows up
You might not be ready yet if:
- severe mental illness
- active substance abuse
If you're in crisis, we recommend outpatient services at a local program first. For substance concerns, see our Addiction page.
— we'll make sure you get the right support.
