Understanding Your Anger 1

Your anger doesn't define you. It's a signal. With the right support, you can learn to hear what it's telling you and respond with intention instead of reaction.

So today you find yourself angry, and tired of living life in agitation.

You weren’t always like this. You knew who you were and what you wanted, and you were content. Then something shifted. Your anger got harder to handle, and the cycle started to set in. You said things you couldn’t take back, and once it passed, you couldn’t find your way back to steady.

One bad day turns into a string of them, and now anger feels like the default. Your family and friends have started walking on eggshells, because they can feel when something’s about to set you off.
