I provide a warm environment in which you can safely identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding home life, career, or relationship. The goal is to help provide you with the insights and tools you need to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors and promote self growth and build upon your strengths. I can also help you identify outmoded coping mechanisms that may be standing in the way.
I help adults with trauma histories, specifically those who have experienced invalidating environments, childhood traumas, or relational traumas. As a therapist trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I help others alleviate distress associated by trauma and negative life experiences.
I thoroughly enjoy working with entreprenuers and leaders who are overwhelmed and burnt out. Those who have lost or never had great work/life balance. Those who’s personal relationships are suffering because of mixed up priorities, as well as those who’s professional relationships are strained because of stress, time management issues, or communication struggles.
Relationships are not always easy. They take work and effort to build a solid foundation anchored by trust and commitment. Using Gottman Method interventions, I can help you learn how to communicate your needs, manage difficult relational situations, and understand how to work through your own relationship thought + behavior patterns.
You can find me traveling to a new country each year, taking in the cultures, languages, and scenery of my experiences. When I’m not traveling, I’m spending time with family and friends, reading feminist and self-growth books, watching binge-worthy T.V. shows and trying to breathe in life and just experience it.

We recognize the Native peoples of these lands and invite all to consider supporting Indigenous communities and the fight for Indigenous racial justice.
