Hello! My name is Jenna, and I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I am a therapist who is passionate about supporting clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. As a queer woman, I also love to work with LGBTQIA2S+ folx. In addition to being a therapist, I worked in education for over a decade and also love to support adolescents and families navigating the public education setting.
My number one favorite approach is simple- to meet my clients where they are at! I do this by being client-centered and strength-based. Flexibility is also a huge cornerstone of my practice, and ensures that we don’t get stuck in one particular treatment modality. I like to pull from a number of different approaches in order to foster change and promote growth. Some of my favorite treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT- including Exposure and Response Prevention or ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Particularly when working with younger clients, I aim to integrate playful elements like games and art therapy into our sessions. This creates an engaging and interactive experience that allows for self-expression and exploration.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their thoughts and emotions. In our sessions, you can expect empathy, active listening, and practical guidance. There are no topics that are too taboo, and all feelings are welcome! Feel free to come exactly as you are- bring a blanket, your favorite snack or drink, and let’s talk about your current hyperfixations- whether they be games, social media trends, books, hobbies, etc. My job is to ensure that our sessions are centered around your comfort and readiness to explore. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to identify strengths, address challenges, and foster growth. Some sessions may be lighthearted and fun, and other sessions may feel a bit heavier or more difficult. Rest assured that therapy and the journey of self-discovery are unfolding processes, and I am deeply honored to accompany you on this transformative path.
Outside of work, I am most often spending time with my friends or family! I enjoy traveling, and particularly enjoy it if we are going somewhere to hike or explore nature. I live with my partner and our 2 crazy cats. I LOVE to read and am often getting sucked into new book series. Sometimes I enjoy cooking, but mostly I just enjoy eating delicious food. I also love gardening and flowers and hope to have my own flourishing cut-flower garden someday!

We recognize the Native peoples of these lands and invite all to consider supporting Indigenous communities and the fight for Indigenous racial justice.
