Who’s tired?! We all are. After 2.5 years of a sprint-become-marathon, adults who work with children are EXHAUSTED. From teachers to coaches, from parents to uncles, from therapists to grandmothers, we are in uncharted waters. Specifically for caregivers of neurodiverse children and teens, this school year on top of the last two feels like a mountain-climbing trip with no equipment. Urban Wellness has been here since the start and wants to uncover some tools that may have buried along the way.
