Heart Chakra Attunement: Yoga and Reiki for Self-Compassion

When we are faced with the pain and fear that many of us have witnessed or experienced this year it can lead to compassion fatigue, depression, and feeling lost in the pain of others, or ourselves. It can lead lead to numbing, avoidance and indifference. Yoga and body-based mindfulness for the heart chakra will incorporate strategies for opening, expansion, and reconnecting with our ability to love. It’s time to find balance and open up more fully to self-compassion and self-acceptance. We can be our own worst critics. We need to give ourselves some gentle care.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, unblocking chakras, and promoting well-being. Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Distance Reiki sessions are just as effective as in-person treatments, allowing the receiver to heal from afar.
