According to the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, chair yoga deepens flexibility, increases range of motion and strengthens personal body awareness. We have been hunched over our desks, laptops, and children for months, and we all need a good stretch.
Join Maria Duda, LCSW and certified yoga instructor, for 45 minutes of focusing on yourself and turning your attention to your body and breath. You will be guided through a practice that you can use anywhere, anytime, and you can return again and again to center yourself and refill your cup. No experience necessary, all levels welcome.
