- -build skills for self-reflection, resourcing and boundaries
This 10-hour interactive workshop takes place over five (2) hour sessions and combines education & collaboration with practical strategies & tools. It will take place live on Zoom.
Workshops run in cohorts of 12-24 participants to ensure individual attention and connection with your facilitator, as well as opportunities for participants to build relationships with each other and create support systems that go beyond the course.
Participants will receive a workbook with resources and exercises to facilitate learning and to support growth and change beyond the workshop, as well as optional additional group support over between sessions.
