How I help
Our relationship should feel collaborative with opportunities to grow together; this is where you can show up as your most authentic self without holding back. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and engaging, so let’s be creative, express our humor, and maybe be a little playful together. My priority is providing you with support. My approach is warm and person-centered often drawing from ACT, CBT, Humanistic, and Relational, tailoring sessions specifically to your needs.
What a session with me is like
Comfort is an absolute must! This is your time to show up exactly as you are; whether you need a space to vent, make sense of what you’re feeling, work through something that’s been weighing on you, or simply figure out what comes next. Therapy doesn’t have to feel formal, and we can work at whatever pace feels right to you. Grab a drink, bring a snack, find your favorite spot and get cozy!
What I believe
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where healing can happen through feeling seen, understood, and supported in a safe environment without judgment. There is no one right way to heal, and I strive to meet each client where they are while helping them build greater self-understanding, confidence, and connection to what matters most to them.
A little more about me
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the city, trying new and diverse foods as a pescatarian, and going on walks with my lab mix, Zuko, who is named after the Avatar: The Last Airbender character. I also regularly attend Pilates classes and have a love for anime, including collecting a variety of character figures.
