Urban Wellness® is located in Portage Park, near the Old Irving Park neighborhood, five minutes west of I-90 and just past the intersection of Irving Park Road and Cicero. We bring a diverse team of therapists together to support children, adults, couples and families, with clinicians available seven days a week.
