Who Am I?

How I help

My number one goal is for clients to feel empowered to be their truest, most authentic selves. Everyday stressors get in the way of that, and that’s okay-life is challenging and we’re all doing our best. I create a safe space where you can feel unburdened, welcome, and accepted. My favorite approach is simply to meet you where you are, staying client-centered, strengths-based, and flexible so we don’t get stuck in one modality. I pull from CBT (including ERP for OCD), DBT, and ACT, and with younger clients I bring in games and art therapy for a more playful, interactive experience. I often help people with anxiety and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

What a session with me is like

My goal is a warm, welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Expect empathy, active listening, and practical guidance, and know that no topic is too taboo and all feelings are welcome. Come exactly as you are, bring a blanket, a snack or drink, and let’s talk about your current hyperfixations, whether games, trends, books, or hobbies. Some sessions are lighthearted and fun, others feel heavier, and I’m honored to accompany you through the unfolding process of self-discovery.

A little more about me

Outside of work I’m usually with friends or family. I love traveling, especially somewhere I can hike or explore nature. I live with my partner and our two crazy cats. I LOVE to read and often get sucked into new book series. Sometimes I enjoy cooking, but mostly I just enjoy eating delicious food, and I love gardening and flowers, with dreams of my own cut-flower garden someday.
