Well maybe a more disheveled me when I am just at home\nwith my kids lol but the essence of who I am is the same. I feel being my authentic self is the way my\nclients will feel connection and that trust is formed. I will ask you to share\nwith me whatever you are comfortable sharing; emphasizing I am here to meet you where you are at. I\nwill focus on listening and with your permission, ask more clarifying questions to better understand your\nexperiences. I truly feel sessions with me become like having coffee with a friend; they can be fun and\nlighthearted; laughter is such good medicine!
