LIFE TRANSITION COACH

I will partner with you to identify and focus on a solution, helping you recognize your strengths and, addressing any obstacles, so that you can achieve your goals. Having made a quantum leap from information technology, I have first-hand experience in major life changes and can be your guide on your journey.

WELL-BEING ADVOCATE

If you’ve dealt with trauma, anxiety, panic, posttraumatic stress, disturbing memories or any other emotional issues, we will work together to help you deal with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so that you can heal. One of the ways to work through trauma is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), which I have utilized with success.

NON-JUDGEMENTAL SUPPORTER

We all have our own story and our own perspectives so I will specifically help you work out what you want and what you need. When working with couples, I see your relationship as my client so there’s no assigning blame or debating as to who is in the right and who is in the wrong. Therapy should provide a safe space for you to examine where you are right now, what brought you there and, where you want to go.

HOW I HELP

My style is empathetic and supportive, and I will do my best to help you find your inner strength and empower you to develop a tool kit of coping skills that will help you deal with the challenges that life brings. It is my goal to help you live your best life.
